House Rules & The Honest Answers
We believe in complete operational transparency, which is why we’ve outlined our core policies to help you plan your arrival, logistics, and celebration with absolute confidence.
Music is allowed until 10:30 PM as per local guidelines. After that, we switch to low-volume indoor setups so the farm stays peaceful for neighbouring estates.
Standard check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may carry a half-day charge.
You’re welcome to bring your own beverages. We do not charge corkage for moderate personal consumption; large event quantities may attract a service fee.
We’re happy to accommodate additions if the estate’s capacity allows. Per-head charges for extra guests will apply from the time they arrive.
The pool is open from 7 AM to 9 PM. Only nylon or polyester swimwear is allowed — cotton or denim attire is strictly prohibited in the pool.
