To ensure every group enjoys a safe, private, and comfortable stay, all guests at Waje Farm are expected to follow these On-Premise Property Rules. These rules form part of our overall Terms & Conditions and are enforced by the host and on-site staff.
1. Capacity Limits
Stays are strictly capped for groups between a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 25 guests. The property is booked exclusively for a single group at a time; outside visitors not part of the confirmed booking are not permitted without prior approval from the host.
2. Property Safety
- Smoking is completely prohibited in enclosed villa rooms.
- Hookah or smoking is restricted strictly to designated outdoor or terrace zones.
- Candles, open flames, or fireworks are not permitted inside the premises without the host’s prior consent.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to fixtures, furniture, or landscaping and will be charged accordingly.
3. Pool Regulations
- Alcohol consumption is strictly not allowed inside the swimming pool water.
- Guests are requested to shower before entering the pool.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the pool area.
- Pool hours are maintained by the on-site staff; use outside those hours is at the guest’s own risk and discouraged.
4. Noise & Conduct
Waje Farm is located in a quiet rural setting. We request that noise levels be kept reasonable, particularly after 10:00 PM, in consideration of neighbouring properties. Any conduct that endangers the safety of guests, staff, or the property may result in the host asking the group to vacate the premises without refund.
5. Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior confirmation from the host at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for their pets’ behaviour and any cleaning required.
6. Staff & Service Areas
Certain areas of the estate are designated for staff and maintenance. Guests are requested not to access these zones unless accompanied by a staff member.
7. Compliance
Failure to comply with these rules may, at the host’s discretion, result in termination of the stay without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit to cover any associated costs.
