House Rules & The Honest Answers
Everything you need to know before your overnight stay at Waje Farm House. We keep our policies clear so you can plan your arrival, logistics, and celebration with confidence.
Standard check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a half-day charge.
The 5BHK villa comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests. Extra guests are welcome subject to estate capacity, and per-head charges apply for all visitors.
Yes. Your overnight stay includes welcome drinks, dinner, breakfast, lunch, and high tea. Custom menus, BBQ setups, and pure vegetarian options can be arranged on request.
Music is allowed until 10:30 PM as per local guidelines. After that, we switch to low-volume indoor setups so the estate stays peaceful for neighbouring properties.
You’re welcome to bring your own beverages. We do not charge corkage for moderate personal consumption; large event quantities may attract a service fee.
Absolutely. For the full 24 hours from check-in to check-out, the entire 5BHK villa, infinity pool, box turf, rain dance lounge, and bonfire area are yours alone. No other group will be on the estate during your stay.
Only nylon or polyester swimwear is allowed in the pool — cotton and denim are strictly prohibited for hygiene reasons. Bring comfortable sports shoes for the turf (especially for evening matches under the lights). All sports and pool equipment is provided on-site.
We're happy to accommodate additions if the estate's capacity allows. Per-head charges for extra guests will apply from the time they arrive, and they will need to present valid ID at check-in.
