These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Waje Farm website at https://wajefarmhouse.in (the “Site”), any booking inquiries submitted through it, and your on-premise stay at the Waje Farm estate (“Waje Farm”, “the property”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The property is operated by its owners from Wajewadi, Pimpale Jagatap, Pune, Maharashtra 412208, India.
By submitting a booking inquiry, visiting the property, or otherwise engaging with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Booking & General Terms, and On-Premise Property Rules (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking or visit.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last modified” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued engagement with us after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate direct booking inquiries with the host. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and layout — is the property of Waje Farm or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
2. Bookings
All bookings are made directly with the host via the inquiry forms on the Site, phone, or WhatsApp. Waje Farm does not operate an automated online booking engine. Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation; a booking is confirmed only once the host acknowledges it in writing and the advance payment referenced in our Booking & General Terms is received.
3. Pricing & Availability
Pricing for Day Picnic, Overnight Stay, and Weekend packages varies by group size, season, and custom requirements. All quotes provided by the host are indicative and valid for a limited period stated at the time of quoting. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Guest Responsibilities
The primary guest (the person who submits the booking inquiry) is responsible for the conduct of all guests in their group, for ensuring compliance with our On-Premise Property Rules, and for the accuracy of all information provided at the time of inquiry and check-in.
5. Limitation of Liability
Waje Farm is a privately operated estate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Site or your stay at the property, except where caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
