Waje Farm (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website at https://wajefarmhouse.in and hosts guests at our private estate at Wajewadi, Pimpale Jagatap, Pune, Maharashtra 412208, India. Because we handle reservations directly over phone calls, WhatsApp, and the inquiry forms on our Site — rather than through a third-party online booking platform — this policy explains what limited personal information we collect and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit a booking inquiry or correspond with us, we may collect:
- Your name
- Contact number and/or email address
- Preferred dates, package type, and group size
- Government-issued ID details (collected at check-in, not through the Site)
We do not use cookies for advertising, run third-party analytics that profile you, or process online payments on the Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your personal information is stored internally by the owner exclusively for:
- Confirming and coordinating your booking
- Communicating availability, pricing, and itinerary details
- Complying with local regulatory and guest-register requirements (including ID verification at check-in)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
3. Data Retention
Booking correspondence and ID records are retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the booking and to meet applicable local record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your contact details from our active records at any time by emailing hello@wajefarmhouse.in, subject to any legal obligation to retain specific records.
4. Data Security
Given the direct, offline nature of our operations, your information is held by the owner and not stored on any public-facing database. We take reasonable care to protect it from unauthorised access.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at hello@wajefarmhouse.in.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last modified” date above indicates the most recent revision.
7. Contact
For privacy-related questions, write to hello@wajefarmhouse.in or call +91 80559 17172.
