These Booking & General Terms apply to all reservations at Waje Farm, our private 5BHK lakeside estate in Wajewadi, Pimpale Jagatap, Pune. They form part of our overall Terms & Conditions and are agreed to at the time a booking is confirmed.
1. Payment Terms
Bookings usually require a 50% advance payment to secure the dates, with the remaining 50% balance cleared upon physical check-in. The host will share payment instructions (bank transfer or UPI) at the time of confirmation. A booking is treated as confirmed only once the advance is received.
2. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit (typically around ₹10,000) may be collected at check-in to cover potential property damage. The deposit is refunded at check-out, subject to an inspection of the premises. Any deductions for damage, breakage, or missing items will be communicated and deducted from the deposit.
3. Identity Verification
It is mandatory to present original government-issued ID proofs (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, or driving licence) for all entering guests before check-in. This is required for our guest register and to comply with local regulatory requirements. Guests without valid ID may be denied entry without refund.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Rescheduling or cancellations are generally requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled check-in. Specific refunds of the advance amount depend entirely on the host’s direct discretion and factors such as seasonality, reason for cancellation, and whether the slot can be rebooked. The security deposit, where paid, is fully refundable in the event of a valid cancellation.
5. Check-in & Check-out
Standard timings are:
- Day Picnic: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overnight Stay: 12:00 PM check-in, 10:00 AM check-out
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated on request and subject to availability.
6. Group Size
Stays are designed for exclusive single-group bookings. Capacity limits are detailed in our On-Premise Property Rules.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Booking & General Terms at any time. The terms applicable to your booking are those in effect on the date your booking is confirmed.
