Stays are strictly capped for groups between a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 25 guests. The property is booked exclusively for a single group at a time.
All tariffs include exclusive access to the 5BHK estate, infinity pool, sports turf, rain dance lounge, indoor games, and the meal plan for your chosen package. Taxes, where applicable, are stated at the time of quoting.
Bookings require a 50% advance payment to secure the dates, with the remaining 50% balance cleared upon physical check-in. A refundable security deposit (typically around ₹10,000) may be collected at check-in.
